BUSINESS SYSTEMS / SAAS

Your process deserves better than a workaround.

Turn fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual handovers into a focused business application. We build custom software and SaaS platforms around the people who use them.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD
01

Operational software

Bring booking, inventory, sales or service workflows into an application designed for your team.

02

SaaS products

Define a useful first version, user roles and the product workflows needed to serve your customers.

03

Connected systems

Connect calendars, payments, notifications and other tools so essential information can move between systems.

Define the smallest useful release.

Before adding features, we work through the core workflow: who starts it, which information is required, what decisions happen and how completion is recorded. This gives the first release a clear purpose and helps distinguish essential requirements from features that can come later.

Make the business rules explicit.

Different roles may need different views and permissions. A booking might change availability, a sale might affect a ledger, and a service request might need an appointment. We document these relationships and design the data model and screens around them. Multi-tenant separation, subscriptions and audit requirements are considered when they apply to your product.

Build around real usage.

We review working increments together and refine the flow using realistic examples. Depending on scope, delivery can include the interface, backend, integrations, deployment guidance and support arrangements. We also discuss data migration early, because the quality and structure of existing data can affect the rollout.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions, answered.

What is the difference between custom software and SaaS?

Custom software is built for a specific set of needs. SaaS is a way of delivering software as an online service, often to multiple customers. The right architecture depends on who will use it and how it will be operated.

Can we start with an MVP?

Yes. We define a focused first version around one or more core workflows, then plan later phases using feedback and priorities.

Can existing data be migrated?

Often, yes. We need to inspect the available exports, field definitions and data quality before confirming the migration scope.
