Reservations are part of a wider operational process. Teams need to manage accommodation inventory, respond to changes and keep the relevant people informed. LodgeX combines reservation workflows with administration tools for camp and lodge operations.
Development work described for this project includes reservation flows, role-based approval workflows, operational reporting, audit trails and mobile integration. The administration portal covers camp, room and dorm inventory alongside action-item tracking across sites.

REST APIs connect the Laravel backend with a Flutter client. Auth0, Firebase notifications and Pusher support authentication and communication.
The engineering challenge is maintaining a coherent workflow across the browser, backend and mobile client. Authentication establishes who is making a request; role checks determine which actions are permitted; notifications and real-time messages help communicate relevant changes. These are connected parts of the same operational experience.
The project brings reservation and operational capabilities into a shared platform rather than treating booking as an isolated form. This case study describes implemented capabilities and project scope; it does not claim a measured revenue increase or time-saving percentage.
